Same with Harvick at bristol in 2002 when he jumped over Biffles car to get to him after guess what getting crashed. He got probation for the rest of the year and then was parked the next week for spinning a lap truck in a truck race. 3 weeks for this WOW can they get any wrose at NASCAR.

Total BS! I guess it will take someone going the wrong way in to the pack to take someone out for NASCAR to do something! Piss poor way to handle it, in my opinion! NASCAR should have pulled him off the track as soon as Carl made the 1st swing and miss but I guess this is a sad way to get ratings!

No different than at H.O.T. ... only see retaliation and not what went on before...If the preceding several months were addressed then this aggression would have not been necessary ... actually one should blame NASCAR for the car getting airborne, not 99 ... it's the rear wing design that deflects the air away from the roof flaps which are designed to keep the car down...think about it. ok with that mindset...does a drunk driver intend to crash into oncoming traffic?? no he doesn't. he intends to make it home safely. you can't base anything off of what he intended to do, just what the consequences were.

punishment for edwards was ridiculous..probation, are you kidding me?..3 race suspension would be closer to fair.

if i was the car owner, nascar wouldnt have to worry about suspending the person who intetionally stalked and destroyed my quarter of a million dollar race car

the 30 weeks in hospital recovering from louisville slugger bruises would be sufficient

I just read an intrview by Harvick, said he is shocked by the punishment and is gonna ask NASCAR for a refund from all the times he was fined for rough driving.

Also remember they fined Dale Jr. for cussing on TV a few years ago! Cussing got a probation and a FINE!!! Now.... trying to (and finally succeeding) in wrecking someone and almost hurting them gets three weeks of "probation." What happened to treating everyone fairly and keeping the penalty's consistent?
